I was a little unsure if the color would match what I saw online, but it really does. The shade looks just like the photos, which was a nice surprise??

I ordered a chair and the whole checkout process was quick and hassle-free. My payment went through without any weird errors, and the confirmation email showed up right away. Based on this order, I’d say their checkout is smooth overall.

I ordered a lamp on Sunday night and somehow it was already sitting at my door by Wednesday. I was bracing myself for one of those slow furniture-site situations where you feel trapped checking the tracking every day with no real updates.

The tracking was easy enough to follow, and the box arrived in good shape. I’m happy with how quickly Hem got it shipped out, especially since I didn’t have to sit around waiting forever.

I did get my money back in the end, so everything worked out. It just took a bit longer than I expected, which was a little frustrating at the time. Overall, I’m glad it was resolved, but I’d feel better if the refund process were quicker

I had a smooth time using hem.com. The site was easy to browse, pages loaded quickly, and the filters actually made sense. Checkout was straightforward too, which I appreciated. I found what I was looking for faster than expected. The only thing I’d say is that some of the instructions or guidance could be a little clearer in certain spots, just to make the process feel even easier. Overall though, it’s a clean and simple site to use.

I’m happy with how the furniture looks now that it’s set up, but putting it together definitely took longer than I expected. The instructions were mostly fine, but a few steps really could’ve used clearer pictures. A couple pieces didn’t line up right the first time either, so I had to take them apart and redo them. Not the worst assembly experience, just not as simple as I thought it’d be for the price. Anyway

I’ve got mixed feelings about Hem. I really like a lot of their designs, and the website is easy to browse, but it was kind of disappointing how many things I liked were either out of stock or had really long wait times. It’s a bit frustrating when you finally find something that fits your style and then can’t actually buy it. That said, I do like their stuff enough that I’d probably check back another time.

But they replied fast, which was a relief because I didn’t want to sit around waiting and wondering what to do next. I’ve been using it for a while now, and it’s still holding up great. The material feels really durable and doesn’t seem like it’s going to wear out anytime soon. Overall, I’m happy with it and would say it was a solid buy

I got a sofa from hem.com a few months back, and yeah, it’s been really nice so far. It’s soft in that cozy kind of way, but not so soft that you feel like you’re disappearing into it or anything.

I’m on it most days, usually watching TV, scrolling around, or doing a bit of laptop work here and there. It still feels supportive enough, and the cushions haven’t gone all flat or weird yet.

I set it up first and liked how it looked in the room, but once I actually measured it, it seemed smaller than what was listed. It still works fine for my space and doesn’t look bad at all, I just wish the sizing had been a little more accurate.

Overall, the build is nice, but I was expecting the stitching to be a little cleaner. It’s not terrible by any means, just a bit uneven in spots, so it didn’t feel quite as polished as I hoped.
